How do I know that my reminders are being sent?

Since your feedback reminders are sent through eBay’s messaging system, you can check in your My eBay area your “Sent” messages to see to which buyers reminders were sent already.

I have checked in the send email section of ebay's messages and cannot find any of the 10 emails it shows were sent ?  Please advise.

I see that you are signed up to Thank You Emails app, not to Feedback Reminder. Your thank you emails are not sent through eBay's messaging system, but rather through email. But you can see the total number of emails that were sent in your control panel: http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewEApp&appId=thank_you.3dsellers.com.
