It appears that the feedback reminders are going out for transactions that were not completed.

It appears that the feedback reminders are going out for transactions that were not completed. IS there anyway to stop this?

Reminder are only sent to whoever is on your eBay awaiting feedback list, a list that eBay creates not us.

You can see who is on your feedback awaiting list here: https://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbay&CurrentPage=MyeBayFeedback&FClassic=true&ssPageName=STRK:ME:MAFBX&_trksid=p3984.m2295.l3920

You can also check and see to whom feedbacks were sent by looking at your eBay sent messages.
