Hi,

If you can see in your listing’s description HTML code, where your banner use to be,  it means that the code for your webstore banner was partially removed or altered.

The code for the banner is at the top of your listing’s description HTML, this means that it can be removed manually from your listing’s description.

This is an example of the webstore’s banner code in a listing, the way it should look:

<!-- Start of Webstore --><!-- #curr_date#2013-10-23 12:05:08# #Version#1.0# --><div id="flashContent" style="text-align:center;"><script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript"> var urlAddress = location.search; var frame = urlAddress.indexOf("ItemDescV4");if(frame < 0) { var hashSpot = urlAddress.indexOf("hash=item"); if(hashSpot > -1) { var urlAddress = location.pathname; var slashSpot = urlAddress.lastIndexOf("/"); var ebayItemID = urlAddress.substring(slashSpot+1); } else { var itemFound = urlAddress.indexOf("item="); var ebayItemID = urlAddress.substring(itemFound+5); var amperSpot = ebayItemID.indexOf("&"); if(amperSpot > -1) {ebayItemID = ebayItemID.substring(0,amperSpot)}; } } var seller; if (typeof sellerId === "undefined") { seller = "onlinesellings"; } else {seller=sellerId;}var flash_code='<div style="text-align:center; width:100%; height:35px;"><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="100%" height="100%" id="translation_widget" align="middle"><param name="movie" value="http://static.3dsellers.com/webstoreplace/flash/webstoreplace_flash.swf" /><param name="FlashVars" value="sellerId='+seller+'&itemId='+ebayItemID+'" /><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent"><!--[if !IE]>--><object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="http://static.3dsellers.com/webstoreplace/flash/webstoreplace_flash.swf" width="100%" height="100%"><param name="movie" value="http://static.3dsellers.com/webstoreplace/flash/webstoreplace_flash.swf" /><param name="FlashVars" value="sellerId='+seller+'&itemId='+ebayItemID+'" /><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></object><!--<![endif]--></object></div>';
document.write(flash_code); </script></div><!-- End of Webstore -->

If for some reason the code was disrupted you can remove the code completely by erasing the code from the <!-- Start of Webstore --> mark up to the <!-- End of Webstore →> mark.

If you are not sure how to do this, please contact us to avoid mistakenly deleting the code for other apps or templates that you're using.

If you would like to add the code for the banner again once you removed the bad code, you can copy this code from one of your other listings and paste it at the top of the HTML code for your listing’s description.

But as I said I highly recommend that you contact us at support@3dsellers.com and not make any changes to your code if you aren’t sure what you’re doing.

Sincerely,

- Tzipi.
