When you sign up to One Hour Translation, the widget will added to your listings within 12 hours tops. But the widget won’t be added auction items that have bids, or listings that will end within the next 12 hours since these lisitngs can’t be revised according to eBay's regulations.
But when you will add new listings the widget will already be added to them.
